NSW: Man killed childhood abuser, court told
A Sydney court has heard a man who claims he was sexually abused by a family friend
for 10 years beat him to death and then set fire to his house.
HAMISH ALISTER KERR, aged 27 of Roseville, has pleaded not guilty to murdering 72-year-old
JOHN CHUDLEIGH at his Palm Beach holiday house north of Sydney on December 20, 1998.
